If you are under 16 years of age you MUST obtain parental consent before filling in any forms on this website.

Some examples of the information that we collect and how we use it are:

  • Report Alerts
If you sign up for our Report Alerts, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to MailChimp who provide us with email marketing services. We consider MailChimp to be a third-party data processor (see section 7 below). We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our Report Alerts. While your email address remains within the MailChimp database, you will receive periodic (approximately 1-2 times a month) Report Alert emails from us.
Neither we nor Mailchimp will ever sell your email address or share it with any other party, unless we are legally compelled to do so. If you contact Mailchimp directly regarding your subscription to our Report Alerts, Mailchimp may contact you directly; otherwise, Mailchimp will never contact you. Only authorised Mailchimp employees have access to our subscriber list. You are always free to unsubscribe from our Report Alerts, but as long as you are registered with Manalo LLP we may use Mailchimp to send you information about your account.
Your email address will remain within MailChimp’s database for as long as we continue to use MailChimp’s services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.
For more information, please see Mailchimp’s privacy notice.
